Longing For Dawn is a funeral doom band from Canada. This band makes Doom/Death based funeral doom with elements of dark ambient soundscapes. They play slow and unforgiving but melodic doom for lovers of a true depressive funeral atmosphere. The two ingredients of ambient and doom create an interesting blend that is most reminiscent of Void Of Silence, but less aggressive.
